I bought a huge package of these binders to attach golf pencils to tiny notebooks. The notebooks were bound with recycled cardboard covers. I thought the pencils would be perfect for Minnesota winters where pens freeze in the car. The project was flawed. I kept stabbing myself with the goofy pencils and removing the binders before writing was a nuisance. They do look cheery in a pile.
The amazing thing was that I thought I needed to make little notebooks. I already own a forest of notebooks so why did I spend time to make more? I even bought a brochure stapler so that I could more effectively bind stacks of paper together.
