I saw similar charms in a magazine and thought, I can make that. OK... We don't drink or own wine glasses and we haven't entertained with cocktails in over two decades; but I didn't let that stop me. I had to buy wire, multiple packs of beads and then make the darned things, it would have been less expensive to buy them. They are pretty though...
They languished in the cupboard for several years until they found their way into my desk where they became even less functional.
