I haven't been able to wear hair scrunchies since Carrie Bradsahw on Sex in The City identified a style challenged woman as being from the Midwest solely from her wearing a scrunchie. I'm from Minnesota and already say "yeah, you betcha" so I can't afford to also wear a hair dinkie.
