In 1937, a twelve year old boy named Harold Blair was one of 200
newspaper carriers who won a trip to Washington DC. Blair was asked to
carry a proclamation to Washington declaring Anoka Minnesota the
Halloween Capitol of the World. Here is one of the pins commemorating
