Feng Shui Clutter Clearing Day 61 - Beistle Halloween Witch Hat With Silver Ghosts 1988
The hat has crepe paper around the bottom edge and I used to display it on a vintage paper mache jack-o-lantern. The German lantern is now in a museum and the witch hat nicely showcases lots of dust.
