I got in a rather heated discussion with a young man who thought it was everyone's right to spray paint graffiti anywhere they choose.
I'm posting some nice examples of stencil art that I found on Google images but I absolutely think you need permission to place these on a building that you don't own. I would happily place the maid sweeping the dirt behind the curtains on my building.
