Grimm Pre-screening
We went to the prescreening for the new TV show Grimm. The show was engaging and Alethea won a prize for answering the trivia question, what was Cinderella's real name? The answer was Aurora but that was in the Disney version.
Her prize was Chuck Season 4 and I sold it this morning on Amazon.

Home Made Bike Rack
How ingenious. The bike rack is a 2x4 bungied to the spare tire and the bike is held in place with garage hooks.

We Had A Record Dew Point
It is very hot and humid plus the record dew point created so much moisture on the outside of the windows that we can't see out.

Heat Lightning and Fireworks
We were watching the Park Rapids, MN fireworks show and a storm came up. This photograph was taken while heat lightning played across the horizon, The next photo was taken immediately after; notice the smoke is the same.

The Perfect Suncreen
OK, other than sitting under an umbrella while wearing a hat.
I originally bought this brand 8 years ago at Xcaret in Mexico; it's biodegradable and ecologically safe. I'm allergic to all sunscreens but this one so I was extremely happy to find it.
The company is Caribbean Sunlife and I guard it since I've only found it while on vacation. It gives me a good reason to keep returning to the tropics; I need to buy additional sunscreen.
